Associated British Ports along with race organisers, Tape2Tape, launch entries this Thursday 27th February at 10am, for the fourth ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon.

The event, due to take place on Sunday 20th September from the Cleethorpes Promenade, will also include a 10km race and a fun run, sponsored by St Hugh’s Hospital.

The 10km race has been added this year, after many requests from runners. The flat race could promise a great course for runners to achieve their personal best.

A special 10% discount will be given to anyone who signs up between 10am Thursday and midnight on Sunday, as a payday treat to kick-start the opening of entries. Just use the code ‘ABPOFFER’  at the checkout.

Runners from all over the country are encouraged to sign up and take part in the scenic race which takes in the sights along the river Humber, the busiest estuary in the country.

At the finish line, runners will receive an ice cream with a flake, a bespoke medal and a finisher t-shirt.

With an anticipated 2,500 participants due to take part in this year’s event, the future of the ABP Humber Coastal Half Marathon looks promising.
