Can you tell us more about what you did before you joined ABP?

I graduated from The University of South Wales in the summer of 2020 with an RICS accredited degree in Construction Project Management. Having undertaken various work experience placements throughout my degree I made the decision to take a different career path and was attracted to commercial surveying.

During my time at university I was nominated and won Student Woman in Property for South Wales 2019. This was a wonderful experience that allowed me to gain connections with students across the country.

What did you find most appealing about a Graduate role at ABP? How did you hear about the opportunities available?

I first heard about the graduate role at ABP through my university’s career webpage. The role stuck out for me as it provided a structured two-year training programme with the opportunity to complete my APC.

What does a typical day at work look like for you? Has the current Covid-19 pandemic impacted your activities in any way?

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic I have been mainly working from home. I think working from home can have its own unique challenges, but my team have made me feel welcome and have been incredibly supportive.

Applications for ABP’s Graduate Training Scheme are open until Sunday, 28th March 2021. Find out more and apply here.
