Our Supplementary Statutory Consultation (“SCC”) which launched on 27 October 2022 has now closed.  We are reviewing the responses received.  Copies of all the SCC document are still available to view and download. Thank you for your interest in the IERRT.

Supplementary Statutory Consultation

We are undertaking a Supplementary Statutory Consultation on the IERRT project which provides information on a number of refinements that have been made to the scheme since the formal statutory consultation that was undertaken at the beginning of this year.  This Supplementary Statutory Consultation will commence on Friday 28 October 2022 and run until Sunday 27 November 2022.

Our Supplementary Consultation Newsletter provides further information and details about how you can get involved and how to respond to the consultation. 

Please note, importantly, that the Supplementary Statutory Consultation will close at 23:59pm on Sunday 27 November 2022.

All comments must be received in writing, please ensure we receive them before 23:59pm on Sunday 27 November 2022.  Responses received after that time may not be considered.

The Supplementary Statutory Consultation Materials consist of:

• a Section 48 Notice (made under the Planning Act 2008)
• a Supplementary Consultation Newsletter
• a Supplementary Consultation Report (SCR)
• the Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR)
• Non-Technical Summary of the PEIR

The Supplementary Statutory Consultation Materials will remain available to view and comment on until the close of consultation.

We request that responses are submitted in writing in full, either by email or by letter.  As explained in the Supplementary Consultation Newsletter we have not produced a further Questionnaire for the Supplementary Statutory Consultation, if however, you would prefer to submit your comments via the Questionnaire, a copy can be accessed and downloaded here.
