UK Dredging

UK Dredging (UKD) operates the largest British-owned dredging fleet and specialises in the provision of reliable and cost effective port maintenance dredging services.

The terminal is easily accessible from the A33, Platform Road, please head for Dock Gate 4.

By car, follow the signs for Dock Gate 4, you will go through a manned security gate, Ocean Cruise Terminal is very close to the entrance, and you can access it by turning right at the first roundabout once inside the Port.

By rail, Southampton Central is the nearest station, around 1.5 miles from the terminal. There is a free bus service between the station and Town Quay, from Town Quay, it’s a 10-minute walk to the terminal. Catching a taxi is the easiest option, which can be found on either side of the train station.

The nearest airport is Southampton. While taxis are the quickest route to and from the port. The closest train station to the airport is Southampton Airport Parkway, and trains run frequently from Southampton Central to Southampton Airport Parkway.

Arrival

We encourage passengers to arrive at their allocated arrival time. There is an area for passenger drop-off and a short stay car park. Please note, if passengers wish to park in the long stay car park, this must be pre-booked.
