This ambitious approach to deploying and growing ABP’s real estate portfolio sits at the heart of the Humber ports offering as the port of choice, strengthening the resilience of the logistics supply chains they underpin.
Andrew Dawes, Regional Director for the Humber ports said: “We welcome Ben and Stephen to ABP and see this role as central to the success of the future development pipeline and revenue growth for the business.
“There are many opportunities to enhance our current portfolio including reviews of underutilised parcels of land within our port and we are always looking to expand our investment portfolio, so this team is vital for enhancing the property asset management role for the business.”
Greg Lacey, Head of Property (Humber) added: “We are delighted to welcome Ben and Stephen to the team. They both have a proven record of accomplishment in asset management and will play a key role in our expansion and growth of our investment portfolio. We are constantly looking at our development option delivering exceptional results and supporting the continued expansion of our customers. Both Stephen and Ben will further strengthen our team on the Humber and help drive growth in our diverse mix of our property portfolio.”

We’re currently master planning the portfolio to look at all strategic opportunities, and we have some very exciting land developments on both sides of the Humber, at Stallingborough Interchange and at HIEP. I am very much looking forward to expanding on existing business relationships and forging new ones on behalf of ABP.”

Prior to that he worked for Network Rail in a variety of property roles, latterly as Asset Manager for London Euston, managing the HS2 project. Based in ABP’s Hull and Immingham offices, the duo strengthens the company’s property capabilities and bolsters its new business opportunities portfolio.
