Ian commented “I am delighted to take on the Vice Chair role for the UKWA in addition to leading the UKWA Property & Planning advisory board. As the voice of the foundational UK warehousing sector the UKWA has a crucial role to play in this rapidly changing market where it’s never been more important that landlord and tenants work closely to support true resilience in the supply chain.
The Vice Chair role is a great fit with my role of Group Head of Property at ABP. I look forward to bringing more of my practical experience from a logistics property leader to the UKWA. At ABP across our 21 ports right across Britain we have the land, existing stock, development expertise and the in-house funding that deliver bespoke property solutions for our property partners.”
