Appointment of Alternate Director

ABP Finance Plc announces that Mr John McManus, Executive Vice President, Borealis Infrastructure, has been appointed as Non-Executive Alternate Director to Michael Rolland for the Company with effect from Wednesday, 25 January 2012. In addition, Mr McManus has been appointed as Non-Executive Alternate Director to Michael Rolland for Associated British Ports Holdings Limited, ABP Acquisitions UK Limited and ABPA Holdings Limited.
