ABP Finance Plc announced that Associated British Ports has today, 25 January 2012, sold its 32.7% share in Tilbury Container Services Limited to a subsidiary of Otter Ports Holdings Ltd, owner of Forth Ports, for a total consideration for the shares of £46.55 million.
