Philip Holliday, ABP Harbour Master, Southampton, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Ray to Southampton’s marine department. After stints in high-profile positions at the Port of London and Portsmouth, he is bringing much valuable experience to the team here at Southampton.”
Ray Blair said: “I am delighted to be the new Deputy Harbour Master for Southampton and look forward to the many challenges that the job will present in the future.”
