Storage
40,000 sq m of covered stores, including a steel-handling terminal, dry bulk or steel storage, a 3,031 sq m covered transit shed, a 2,500 sq m GAFTA/UKASTA/TASC/soil association-approved grain store with separate bays, and a 4,800 sq m GAFTA/UKAST/TASC/soil association-approved grain store.

Specialised facilities
F. Armitt & Son operates a 1,022 sq m steel-handling terminal at Stalbridge Dock, equipped with two internally mounted 25-tonne overhead gantry cranes.

North-West Stevedores operates the quayside bulk export facility at North Dock.

Garston Agribulk store, a new 3,600 sq m covered fertilizer facility that provides storage, bagging and distribution and a further 10,500 sq m of open storage, for Yara (UK) Ltd, the largest manufacturer of plant nutrient products in the world.

The ABP-maxit Terminal, opened in 2005 for supplier to the UK construction industry Maxit, comprises 13,000 sq m of open and undercover storage and is equipped with an automated bagging and palletising plant.
