Situated on the south west Coast, the Port of Teignmouth is well placed to serve south west England and is just 12 miles from the M5.

Dry bulks

• Ball clay is the port's principal traffic, handling some 200,000 tonnes each year

• The port also handles animal feed and a wide variety of other dry bulks including grain, agribulks, stone chippings, salt, and forest products, as well as heavy lifts and abnormal loads

• Open storage is available for timber cargoes

• Teignmouth's warehouse facilities all have load-bearing walls and are capable of storing virtually any type of cargo
